Each container has its own detention clock. Once free time runs out, days overdue and detention cost build up automatically against the shipping line tariff, and when the customer is at fault the charge moves onto the trip freight billing with a single tick.

How are container detention charges calculated?+
Container moves are tracked against your shipping lines' tariffs. As soon as a container passes its free time, detention and demurrage charges are calculated automatically — instead of being reconciled by hand at month-end.
Can it track driver hours and compliance?+
Yes. Duty logs, hours-of-service violations, and licence or passport expiry are recorded per driver, and managers are alerted before a problem shows up at the border.
Does it work with our accounting?+
It's built on Odoo, so it works directly with Odoo Accounting, Inventory and Fleet. Freight charges and trip expenses post through the same finance system you already use.
Is it made for cross-border freight?+
Yes. Route templates cover corridors like Dar es Salaam to Zambia, DR Congo, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, with border checkpoints, distance and transit time set once and reused on every trip.
